The SMD stencil is used for printing solder paste on bare PCB board before SMT processing reflow oven.When SMT soldering,there is a SMT stencil,and print solder paste on PCBthrough the stencil,then place SMD components on pads for soldering using.
Notes: The stencils are not stock items but all customized products.Customers should better send the pcb gerber file with SMT paste layer to us by email at first,will reply your email to confirm the price and the stencil file, after you confirmed,we will tell you how to pay and finish the order.

How to make the stencil order ?
1.Send PCB gerber file ( it had better be with SMT paste layer) to our email , sales@hkpcba.com ,tell us your shipping country .Normally we will quote for you in 1 working day.
2.In our reply Email,will show you the SMT stencil size ,price with shipping cost by DHL or FEDEX etc(3-5 days).
3.After clear payment,we will place this stencil order at once,and not accept files or other specs update anymore. The Stencil processing time is within 24 hours after the order confirmed.
